What is worm composting?
Simply the best way to deal with your organic kitchen waste. The worms eat the waste and convert it into the best compost in the world. If you mix your organic waste with your ordinary household rubbish, the chances are that it will end up in a landfill where it will release methane (a powerful greenhouse gas) and produce toxic liquids which will enter and contaminate the water table.
